Our Story

Renewed Minds Counseling, LLC was officially founded in 2023. It grew out of an increased need for mental health services in recent years and the dream of a mental health therapist who wanted to be able to truly make a difference in the lives of the people in her community. In 2022, this therapist opened a small part-time counseling office that quickly grew, motivating her to commit to opening this practice full-time.

The therapists at Renewed Minds look forward to helping people make the changes that they want to see in their lives. You will find that our therapists can accomplish this in a variety of ways; through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT informed*), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Informed approaches. Therapy at Renewed Minds Counseling, LLC is collaborative and client centered. We work with our clients to create treatment goals that are unique to you and based on your values. You will find that our therapists welcome feedback from our clients throughout the therapy process and are committed to your healing and recovery.
